Very dishonest

I paid $650.00 for filler for my lips, my lips were not very thin to start with but wanted plumper lips and treated myself to this. I was informed it could last up to 8 months, i would have been happy with 6 but sadly i got 4 week, yes only 4 weeks my lips were full. i went back to show Dr and in the examining room he agreed it did not look any different from prior to getting them done. So his resolution was for me to spend more money and have another cc injected. my lips were fine when first done but it lasted only 4 weeks, why would i spend another 650.00 to do it again "for what another 4 weeks". He then tried to bargain with me and offer it to me for 450.00 . when i asked why would i pay for something i already paid for he changed his tune and began to say "what great results i already had". I felt like he was being very dishonest. i was upset more so because i was already a patient who had another procedure done there and didn't expect this level of dishonesty. First he said " we used restylne but for another 450.00 ill give you juvederm" well my thought was why didn't you offer that prior. So i got results i wanted but only for 4 weeks. wasted money but more so misplaced trust and very unhappy patient. I will take the loss and hope others head my warning

You had one vial of Restylane placed in your lips. Perfectly placed, no bruising, no pain, no asymmetry.

You wanted more volume and I offered you an addition vial at cost. However you were expecting us to give you more product at no cost. I would have no problem providing free product if something went wrong. But i refuse to be shaken down for free product when you had the expected results that 1 vial yields.

How is any of the care you received worth a negative review is beyond me. We have been nothing but profesional and accommodating to you at all times.

He destroy my life

This doctor does not do any good, I spent almost $ 15,000 with him and my *** are destroyed, one nipple to one side and another to the other, was totally crooked. The worst that after I did the surgery with him I moved to New Jersey, I called to Michele that works with him, I said how much I was devastated, I sent pictures, that besides the crooked ***, there was a part that he tightened the stitches he himself said), and got *** like a big relief in the scar. Michele made an appointment, drove for 21 hours and went straight to his office, he looked at me and said he would schedule another surgery to repair, I said okay. When Michele came to set the day with me, she said that I should pay for the materials to be used, I said that it was not fair, and that for the third time he would cut my *** to try to repair, and that I no longer trusted him , that he had left me disfigured. When I said this she called the manager, and this woman started humiliating me, they said they would not fix anything else, in short, I called the police, but it did not work at all, because unfortunately they make us sign a lot of paper before operating , and when you sign, they can do any crap and are not punished. If you want, I'll send you a picture of my *** by email, so you can see the kind of work he did, not to mention that his employees are good until they get their money. Im sorry for my broken english.

You came to us with a severe breast deformity from a prior surgery you had performed in Brazil. You had severe hypertrophic scarring and significant asymmetry of the breasts.

The surgery we performed significantly corrected your breast scars and contour irregularities. Your before and after photos show a significant improvement. We would be more than happy to post them if we had your permission. It is grossly unfair to say I destroyed or disfigured you when in reality your breasts showed significant improvement.

In addition, we were always willing to work with you to improve things and never discharged you from our practice. However on our last appointment you became belligerent, threatening and unreasonable.

We had no other option but to discharge you from our care and ask a law enforcement officer to escort you out. We do wish you the best moving forward.

Oh give me a break I have been to Dr. Thomassen several times and referred many people, never was there such drama When you go to a consult , be prepared for a wait, some people love talking about their favorite subject ( themselves) and the Dr. must courteously address their concerns, as he did for me. I love , love him, he has a magical touch and artistic eye so if you want all your friends to ask " wow you look great I'm 70 who did your work ? Send them to Dr. Thomassen and you can call me ask Michelle in the office to give my number Sunny

he has a horrible bedside manner so you must be a friend or related to him. when i first went he took no time to discuss anything with me and it was all left to his aide to do that in the office area.

i made a point to message them regarding this and they apologized , i still gave him another chance because i felt like some great Drs have lousy bedside manners. But as i stated he did my eye lift when went ok, i was satisfied considering what i paid for it but other Drs. since them said he could have done better.

my lips as i stated in my review was a waste of money and he kept trying to con more money from me to do it again 4 weeks later , unheard of. But i am glad you think he is so great

IF COMMON COURTESY LACKS, WHAT ELSE WILL DR. THOMASSEN LACK?...

My name is Davide Durrell McGonigle. You can find me on facebook. I had an appointment for Dr. Thomassen on (2-15-2013) at 3pm. I arrived at 2:52pm to fill out paperwork for a consultation to reconstruct my chest. I have skin cancer and had a botched job by another "SUPPOSED competent surgeon initials (PZ) 3 years ago. Three people were waiting; Two of them asked me what time my appointment was. I said 3pm. They told me they waited an hour already... Now, I walked 2 miles in the heay rain to see him because I don't drive. I don't take buses or cabs. I usually bike everywhere (except when it rains). I was soaked. No towel was offered. I was placed by a pleasant staff member in a room that is normally occupied by Dr. Kaplin with all his medals on the wall to identify as such. Sooooo, from 2:52pm til 4pm before Dr. Thomassen FINALLY came into the room. Without identifying himself as Dr. Thomasseen (of whom I had never met) he simply said, "hi how are you?" My reply was, (IN MY EXACT WORDS) I softly said, "actually I am abit mad at you". Dr. Thomassen stood defensively and said, "EXCUSE ME?" I repeated, "I am abit mad at you for I have been waiting over an hour for you." The ONLY WORDS of response to me was, "then we should not have this consultation". FIRST IMPRESSION!!! & THIS EXCCHANGE LASTED 14 SECONDS!!! I stood up from my chair, without looking at him; giving him no attitude, I said nothing, I simply gathered my wet belongings and I left. He said nothing. MORAL OF THE STORY... IF A DOCTOR LACKS COMMON COURTESY FOR BEING AN HOUR LATE WITH ZERO APOLOGY FOR YOUR VERY FIRST CONSULTATION, WHAT ELSE WILL HE LACK? I would have done the same thing-walked out. Nothing good would come from trying to develop a relationship with a physician who begins by showing up an hour late and then not being gracious enough to apologize.

over an hour is a little more then a "little late". You must be from south florida mentality!!!

I kept my responsability to keep my appointment & be on time or to call if I cannot keep the committment. The doctor has reasons and common courtesy would be nice to acknowledge. Their is MORE THAN ONE WAY THIS DOCTOR COULD HAVE HANDLED OR DIFUSSED MY FRUSTRATION. The fact remains he was arrogant. South floridian mentality doesn't make it less wrong!!!!!!!

Other doctors call patients if they are running late. IT IS COMMON COURTESY. Turn the other cheek. I am SURE anyone else INCLUDING THIS DOCTOR would want that COMMON COURTESY.

Your comment... get real and walk in the rain was! DUH. AGAIN I HAD COMMON COURTESY AND I SHOWED UP AT REQUESTED TIME.

I had it done last September cost 7000 the result came up with double bubble second surgery he fix it but nothing better last surgery I had to pay more money to fix the bad job he work on me right now my breast one side smaller and higher another side much bigger and lower with double bubble I had to pay another surgeon to fix it cost a lot to fix uncorrected job like me he doesn't know how to work just want money if don't want look like me don't let him work on waste money I y time and you will have a lot of depress

I had my breast done on last September with bad huge scared double bubble he tried to fix with lift up my *** but still have I had to pay more money to let him fix again at hospital but my *** came up with one side bigger and lower than another a lot he told me he will fix them I tried to make appointment I can't get one after he told me it will not look better except need another surgery I have ugly breast with huge scare I paid 6000 and waste my time because I can't work he has mobile experience and no responsibility at all I really want my money back to try to find good Dr correct them his employees not nice except one girl I hope other girls won't mistake and let him work on

Double Bubble..or what you have per your picture is caused by a constricted breast and happens very often. It sometimes goes away by itself and if it does not, then you might need a revision to remove the constriction.

I had the same problem but mine went away in a couple of months. My doctor said to wait and if not he would fix it. I got lucky I guess. However I do know this is not the doctors fault for I had the same problem on 2 previous breast augmentations I had done in south america.

Dont be surprised if it happens again if you do have another augmentation...be careful about spending more money for a problem you may continue to have.....good luck. I would not blame the doctor for this...
